Kinetec Amneo Drive Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ichinomiya Electric Corporation, Japan. Ichinomiya Electric was founded in 1960 in Japan by Mr. Hiroshi Akita. In 2020, Ichinomiya Electric Corporation acquired shares of Amneo Drive to do business in the Chinese market under the new name Kinetec Amneo Drive Electric.

Kinetec Amneo Drive Technology Co., Ltd is located in Kushan High-Tech Park, Suzhou, Jiangsu with an area of 20,000m2. The factory operates on a modern production line with an automation system of up to 85%. Products and components in the field of automation are widely supplied worldwide, including: Elevator traction machines, inverters and intelligent control systems. Products are manufactured by Kinetec Amneo Drive Technology Co., Ltd., all of which meet Japanese technical standards and are in perfect condition, in compliance with international quality control standards: 2006/42/EC; EN 60204-1:2006; EN ISO 12100-2010; ISO 9001:2015. On February 2, 2019, a strategic cooperation signing ceremony was held in Suzhou to commemorate this milestone partnership. The ceremony was attended by senior executives, including Mr. Hiroshi Akita, President of Ichinomiya Electric Corporation, and representatives of Amneo Drive. During the event, both parties officially announced the establishment of a new joint venture company named Kinetec Amneo Drive Electric, which will serve as a platform for joint manufacturing, research and development, and market expansion in China and throughout Asia.
